About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all contractual aspects from procurement through to project close-out, ensuring that all parties adhere to the terms and conditions, and mitigating contractual risks. This senior role requires exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and the ability to manage complex relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the company's interests and ensuring the successful financial and legal completion of large-scale projects, requiring regular site presence.

Key Responsibilities
