Prosperitas Personnel seeks a Senior Concrete Specialist to lead and supervise concrete frame construction on multi-storey buildings of 8 storeys or more. You will oversee concrete casting, align with drawings, and coordinate with engineers and site teams.

The role demands hands-on leadership, strong quality control, and a track record of delivering reinforced concrete elements on complex projects, while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

• 8+ years of relevant concrete construction experience on multi-storey buildings.
• Proven supervisory experience on site.

• Strong understanding of concrete placement, curing, and quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Take overall responsibility for the execution and quality of concrete works on multi-storey construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate the construction of reinforced concrete columns, slabs, beams, walls, and foundations.
• Manage concrete casting activities, including preparation, placement, vibration, finishing, curing, and quality control.
• Ensure concrete works are executed in accordance with structural drawings, specifications, method statements, and required quality standards.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, site managers, formwork teams, steel fixers, surveyors, and other construction personnel.
• Inspect reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, levels, dimensions, and construction joints prior to concrete placement.
• Plan and coordinate concrete pours to ensure efficient execution and minimise delays.
• Monitor concrete quality and address issues relating to strength, placement, compaction, curing, and defects.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams involved in concrete frame construction.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges relating to concrete frame works.
• Maintain accurate records of concrete pours, inspections, testing, and quality control activities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of taking responsibility for concrete works on multi-storey buildings of 8 storeys or more, including the construction and casting of reinforced concrete columns, slabs, beams, and associated structural concrete elements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in concrete frame construction on multi-storey buildings of 8 storeys or more.
• Strong practical experience in the casting and construction of reinforced concrete columns and suspended concrete slabs.
• Demonstrable experience taking responsibility for concrete works from preparation through to completion.
• Strong understanding of reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, vibration, curing, construction joints, and concrete quality control.
• Experience reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications.
• Previous experience supervising concrete construction teams and coordinating concrete pours.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methods for reinforced concrete structures.
• Ability to identify and resolve concrete construction and quality issues on site.
• Relevant construction, civil engineering, or concrete-related qualification will be advantageous.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in concrete construction, with significant experience on multi-storey structures.
