CK Talent Partners seeks a seasoned professional to lead concrete operations on a major infrastructure project in Nigeria. The role covers supervision of concrete installation, team leadership, coordination with engineers, and strict adherence to safety and environmental standards.

You will oversee procurement, quality control, and reporting to senior management, with travel to site as needed. A civil engineering background and 10+ years in heavy concrete/Dam/bridges is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in heavy concrete, bridges, or dam construction.
• Strong background in civil engineering, reinforced concrete design, and stormwater systems.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large teams on site.
• Excellent understanding of construction safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel to Nigeria for project duration.
