Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney or Advocate with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of M&A processes and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• In-house or transactional-focused experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including JVs, acquisitions, and service agreements.
• Advise on legal aspects of product launches, market entry, and partnerships.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Manage and resolve issues arising from contractual relationships.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate deal closures.
