Placements24 in Randburg is seeking a sharp Legal Advisor to join its strong legal team. You will advise on a wide range of commercial transactions, draft and negotiate various contracts, and manage lifecycles to ensure robust, compliant agreements.

The role requires at least six years in commercial law, LLB, and practicing certificate, with solid drafting and negotiation skills and business acumen. Hybrid work model offered.

Formación

• LLB degree required or equivalent qualification.
• Admission as Advocate or Attorney with valid practising certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts (service, supply, distribution, partnership, NDA).
• Provide legal advice on terms, risks, and obligations to business stakeholders.
• Ensure contract compliance with laws and company policies.
• Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal/termination.
• Liaise with external counsel as needed.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in commercial activities.
• Support business development with legal insights on new ventures.
• Contribute to templates and playbooks for contracts.
• Stay updated on changes in commercial law.
