You will lead strategic litigation, draft and argue pleadings, supervise junior attorneys, and help shape case strategy across a demanding docket while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering practical, results‑driven counsel.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with 7+ years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
• Expertise in civil procedure, rules of court, and courtroom advocacy.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Leadership and mentorship of junior attorneys.
• Experience in discovery and electronic evidence management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from start to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and court documents.
• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Provide strategic advice on litigation risk and outcomes.
• Supervise junior attorneys and staff.
