You will drive standardized templates, contract lifecycle management, and dispute resolution while mentoring junior staff and aligning terms with strategic objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years in commercial contract law with tech/services focus.
• Experience drafting and negotiating high-value & complex agreements.
• Strong negotiation and advisory capabilities across business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.
• Leadership experience in legal teams or processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts incl. software licenses and service agreements.
• Provide strategic legal advice to sales, procurement, and BD teams on terms and risk.
• Develop standardized contract templates and playbooks for efficiency.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, amendments, renewals and disputes.
• Mentor junior legal staff and contract managers.
