Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business Administration, Finance, Marketing)
• Proven experience in branch management or senior leadership within banking
• Strong understanding of commercial lending, credit analysis and financial products
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven success in sales, business development and client relationship management
• Knowledge of the Western Cape market and local economy

Responsabilités

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to bank policies.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve sales and service goals.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch's deposit and loan portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and tailor financial solutions.
• Oversee risk management, including loan underwriting, credit quality, and security.
