Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer for a remote-first, global operations role. The position focuses on designing, implementing, and managing robust cloud infrastructure with cloud platforms and IaC to support scalable applications.

Responsibilities include deploying scalable infra on AWS/Azure/GCP, building CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring security, performance, and cost-efficiency. Strong scripting and containerization skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in cloud engineering or similar infrastructure role.
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, and GCP core services.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible; Python and Bash scripting.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Strong networking, security, and cloud monitoring knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
