Job summary

Netsurit is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 3 to help our enterprise clients modernize IT with cloud, security, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and networking to design, implement, and secure complex environments.

You’ll lead incident/problem/change management, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to AI-driven workflows while aligning with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement client projects (cloud, infrastructure, security, modernization).
• Deliver proactive and reactive technical support across Netsurit's client base.
• Perform infrastructure and security assessments with reporting and recommendations.
• Build and maintain high-quality client documentation and policies.
