Job summary

Netsurit is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer Level 3 to help our enterprise clients modernize IT with cloud, security, and AI-driven solutions. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, and networking to design, implement, and secure complex environments.

You’ll lead incident/problem/change management, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to AI-driven workflows while aligning with ITIL/ITSM best practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments.

Responsibilities

The Role

As an IT Services Consultant, you'll be a senior technical resource delivering:

• High-end cloud, infrastructure, security, and client solutions
• Project delivery, consulting, and complex troubleshooting
• Proactive improvements across client environments
• Technical leadership and mentorship within the team

You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, and security, and increasingly help clients adopt automation and AI-driven workflows.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• 3–5+ years' experience in IT, infrastructure, or MSP environments
• Formal IT qualification (Microsoft role-based certs strongly preferred)
• Strong experience in:
• Microsoft stack (M365, Azure, Windows Server)
• Virtualization (VMware / Hyper‑V)
• Networking & security fundamentals
• Solid understanding of ITIL / ITSM environments
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills
