DataTech Recruitment is recruiting a Client Relationship Manager for our Johannesburg portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with employer clients while delivering measurable business results.

You will engage HR, payroll, and finance leaders, manage onboarding and renewals, and drive adoption of benefits/payments solutions within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, customer success or portfolio management within a B2B environment.
• Proven experience managing and growing an existing client portfolio.
• A track record of achieving upsell, cross-sell or account growth targets.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with HR, payroll, finance or executive leadership is valuable.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with data interpretation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined portfolio of employer clients as their primary contact.
• Build relationships across HR, payroll, finance and executive stakeholders.
• Understand each client's business, workforce and payroll environment.
• Maintain regular client engagement through meetings and site visits.
• Own escalations and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues.
• Support onboarding and handover of new clients.
• Present monthly client performance reports on activation and usage.
• Lead quarterly business reviews focused on performance and growth.
• Drive account reviews on value delivered, adoption and renewals.
• Translate client data into actionable insights for the business.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives with clients and marketing teams.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption and upsell.
• Support renewals and commercial discussions.
• Maintain CRM records for interactions, risks and renewal dates.
• Monitor account health and retention risks.
