Job summary

Bidvest Prestige is seeking an Operations Manager to implement and manage a cleaning solution for Clients in accordance with the SLA. You will drive cleaning and hygiene, audit service quality, and manage staff performance with coaching and support.

This role requires strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder relationship skills. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will propose cost‑effective improvements, manage rosters and leave, and ensure compliance with OHS Act and ISO 9001

Qualifications

• NQF Level 6 Diploma in a related field is required.
• Matric/Senior Certificate is mandatory.
• Valid SA Driver's License is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management and Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Drive cleaning and hygiene for the Client.
• Ensure delivery of efficient service as outlined in the SLA.
• Implement an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system with the Operations Manager.
• Conduct daily audits on services rendered and maintain prescribed quality.
• Assist in managing projects and provide technical support where applicable.
• Identify gaps and deficiencies in services and implement continuous improvements.
• Suggest innovative, cost-effective solutions based on best practices.
• Provide monthly reports and feedback on SLA compliance.
• Build strategic relationships internally and externally.
• Manage staff performance and provide coaching, support and feedback.
• Handle staff scheduling and approve leave for subordinates.
• Train, coach, mentor and develop subordinate employees.
• Implement cleaner work schedules and evaluate performance.
