Placements24 is seeking a proactive Lead Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning operations at a prominent Cape Town facility. You will direct daily activities, supervise a team, and uphold high hygiene standards to ensure a pristine, safe environment for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the cleaning or sanitation industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in team leadership, training, and performance management.
• Proficiency in cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and the use of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards and best practices in a commercial setting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and schedule a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning plans and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
