Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of personal insurance products, claims investigation and settlement processes.
• Strong understanding of South African insurance laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office.
