Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of claims adjusters, assessors, and support staff.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve claims handling performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in insurance claims management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Insurance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional designations are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of various insurance lines (e.g., short-term, liability, commercial, personal) and claims handling procedures.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
