Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Civil Project Manager to lead diverse infrastructure projects in Mahikeng, North West. You will drive planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering or construction management background, 8+ years of PM experience, and professional registration is advantageous. This role offers a salary commensurate with experience and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 8+ years of civil project management experience.
• Professional registration (Pr Eng, Pr CPM) preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera; strong contract management knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of civil engineering projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, site staff, and contractors, fostering collaboration.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, stakeholders to manage expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management and clients.
