Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Pr Eng registration with ECSA is required.
8+ years of civil engineering project management experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of civil engineering projects, from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications effectively.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives.
