Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional registration with ECSA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering design and project implementation experience.
• Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and engineering analysis tools.
• Experience with municipal infrastructure projects including roads and water services.
• Strong problem-solving and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop plans for municipal infrastructure projects (roads, stormwater, water reticulation).
• Conduct site assessments and prepare technical reports meeting standards.
• Manage project components from concept to implementation with timely delivery.
