Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior/Advanced Project Manager for Civil & Construction projects. You will oversee project and construction activities, ensure alignment with applicable codes, and lead a multidisciplinary team to meet schedules and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate site planning, monitor budgets, and work with design professionals to address commercial, safety and environmental aspects. Registration with a relevant professional body is essential.

Qualifications

• Registration with a relevant professional body is essential.
• A relevant Degree/Diploma and Project Management Registration or qualification is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Project Manager is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage project and construction activities in alignment with ICASA, SABIC standards, and the National Construction Code.
• Lead a team of Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers and drafters to meet schedules, compliance, safety and environmental objectives.
• Coordinate site-specific planning and design activities and monitor resources and budgets.
• Ensure design issues are addressed with regard to commercial, safety and environmental requirements.
