Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join remotely from Stellenbosch, Western Cape. You will lead conceptualization, design, and oversight of major infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, and water systems.

We require a Master’s in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng with ECSA, and at least 10 years of progressive design and project management experience, with strong remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and planning phases for diverse infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, water reticulation).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers remotely.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and impact analyses.
