Required are a BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering with at least 9 years of experience, including 5 years in project management, and strong contract, risk, and QA expertise. Excellent leadership and remote collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering (BEng or BSc) required.
• 9+ years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex infrastructure on time and within budget.
• Experience with contract administration, risk management, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple civil engineering projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Oversee design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Manage client communications and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
