Placements24 seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design, analysis, and project management for international infrastructure projects in a fully remote setup. You will coordinate with global teams via advanced digital platforms, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering, Pr Eng registration, and 9+ years of progressive experience across multiple civil disciplines.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Pr Eng registration or equivalent international accreditation.
• Minimum 9 years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience across multiple civil disciplines (structural, transport, water).
• Proficiency with engineering design and analysis software.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and communicate across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical reviews for international projects.
• Perform structural, hydrological, and geotechnical analyses.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide mentorship to remote engineering teams.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration across diverse global teams via digital tools.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive solutions.
• Stay updated with civil engineering innovations and remote management practices.
• Support proposal work and client engagement remotely.
