Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Pr. Eng. registration with ECSA is required.
7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure design and project management.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and project management of civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water, wastewater).
Prepare detailed engineering designs, tender documents, and construction supervision plans.
Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.
Coordinate with clients, government bodies, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations and safety protocols.
Oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
