Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Pr Eng registration with ECSA.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects (roads, water, sanitation).
• Strong understanding of contract management under FIDIC or NEC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans with scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
• Oversee design, procurement, and construction to meet standards.
• Manage project teams, providing direction and technical support.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
