Job summary

Recruitify_HR is seeking a Civil Engineering Business Development Manager in Pretoria, combining technical design leadership with strategic client development. You will guide road and civil design projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality procedures.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams while managing budgets and resources, taking initiative in challenging conditions and driving engineering excellence across multi-disciplinary

Qualifications

• Professional Civil Engineer registered with ECSA (PR Eng.)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design of roads and civils
• Experience in business development within engineering
• Ability to undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Experience in bulk earthworks, road design, parking areas, sports fields, bulk infrastructure services, commercial development infrastructure, layerworks design, earth dams, pump lines
• Collaborator and must work well within a project team
• Consulting with clients and other consultants
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Mentoring junior engineers and technicians
• Ensuring all documentation issued conforms with ISO 9001 – Quality standards
