• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 8+ years in chemical manufacturing with 4+ years in supervision.
• Experience managing large teams and complex production processes.
• Strong knowledge of process safety, quality systems (ISO 9001), and lean manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with budget management and financial reporting for production operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and safe operations within the chemical plant.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, operators, and technicians.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations and standards.
