Job summary

ECOLE INTERNATIONALE ST GEORGES SA is seeking aSenior IT Systems & Network Administrator to own the school's day-to-day IT operations on campus. You will lead systems administration, enterprise networking and high-quality user support in a hands-on role, collaborating with regional and global IT teams to meet group standards.

The role requires strong technical judgement, clear communication and the ability to prioritize with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT support, systems administration or network operations.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Entra ID expertise with Exchange Online / Teams.
• Windows device management with Intune and policy deployment.
• Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience resolving incidents end-to-end and escalating when needed.
• On-site work with clear communication to non-technical users.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher (C1 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Campus IT Operations & Technical Ownership with incident triage and resolution.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint Online.
• Manage Windows endpoints via Intune; support Macs/iPads with Jamf.
• Provide hands-on networking and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Offer second-line user support for classroom tech and AV issues.
• Maintain security, docs and participate in upgrades and projects.
