The role combines rigorous teaching with IT administration, including planning lessons, monitoring progress, and coordinating vendor support.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a recognised bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, ICT, CS or related field.
• Must have a recognised teaching qualification and current SACE registration.
• Minimum three years of secondary ICT or IT teaching experience; Cambridge IGCSE/AS & A Level experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge syllabuses, assessment objectives and exam structures.
• Experience administering school networks, internet services, endpoints and cybersecurity controls.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Cambridge IGCSE ICT and AS/A Level IT theory and practicals.
• Plan lessons aligned with syllabuses and school curriculum expectations.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, security, backups and user accounts.
• Prepare students for theory and practical examinations with revision planning.
• Record attendance, attainment and progress; report to parents and leaders.
• Provide training to staff and learners on school systems and cybersecurity.
