Job summary

HelloKindred in South Africa is seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist at mid-senior level to design, execute, and optimise campaigns across WhatsApp, email, digital, social, and direct channels. You will drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and revenue growth through rapid experimentation and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with sales and product marketing teams, develop compelling offers, produce content, and monitor performance through metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in campaign management and demand generation.
• Proven multi-channel marketing campaign development and execution.
• Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms, including HubSpot.
• Excellent content creation skills and end-to-end production workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical and performance-optimisation skills.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring rapid execution and time-to-market.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and optimise multi-channel campaigns across WhatsApp, email, digital, social, paid media, and Netstar apps.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle with a rapid time-to-market approach.
• Create high-volume, high-quality campaign content (emails, social assets, WhatsApp, in-app messages, digital ads, landing pages).
• Maintain content and production cadences across campaigns.
• Execute integrated campaigns contributing to revenue goals (new contracts, acquisition, upsell, renewals).
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with lead quality and timing.
• Track and report campaign metrics for monthly marketing scorecards.
• Identify optimisation opportunities using customer data for targeting and personalisation.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Brand & Sponsorships, and Marketing Ops to deliver campaigns.
• Support sales enablement for insurance and motor dealer channels.
• Develop and manage campaign offers with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns with quality and timelines.
