Job summary

Be Different Sa (Pty) Ltd seeks a Senior C# .Net Developer to design, develop and maintain robust backend systems with extensive API work. The role offers a remote work option with occasional office days in Johannesburg, focusing on .NET Core/Framework, Azure, and high-availability environments.

You'll work closely with product managers and front-end developers, contribute to full-stack initiatives, implement tests, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma related qualification required.
• 6+ years' experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Experience in back-end development and API design.

Responsibilities

• Become an integral and trusted member of the team.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality APIs.
• Ensure seamless integration with various systems and third-party services.
• Write clean, scalable and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Participate in design, planning, estimation, stand-up and retrospective meetings.
