Be Different Sa (Pty) Ltd seeks a Senior C# .Net Developer to design, develop and maintain robust backend systems with extensive API work. The role offers a remote work option with occasional office days in Johannesburg, focusing on .NET Core/Framework, Azure, and high-availability environments.

You'll work closely with product managers and front-end developers, contribute to full-stack initiatives, implement tests, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

This role can be completely remote if based out of JHB or 1 day a week in the office role.
Our client an international IT Company delivering innovative technology solutions to the world's leading banks and money service businesses is looking for a Senior C# .Net Developer to be instrumental in designing, developing and maintaining their robust back-end systems.
Focus will be on extensive API development and design, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across their platforms.
While back-end development will be the main responsibility, full-stack experience will be advantageous for creating holistic solutions and enhancing collaboration with other team members.

In order to be considered the following is required:

• Degree or Diploma related qualification
• 6+ years' experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework
• Extensive experience in back-end development
• Experience with Azure and high-availability environments
• Exposure to Scrum / Agile development methodologies
• Enjoy software development and the problem-solving and creative processes that come with it
