Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–10 years' relevant experience in business systems analysis, ERP coordination or similar.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and business systems.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, operations, finance, reporting, CRM or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and general systems skills.
• Based in Oudtshoorn or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Liaise with management, employees, IT teams, and external service providers.
• Improve system usage, reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Maintain process maps, system documentation, and user procedures.
• Provide recommendations to management on systems, processes, and business improvements.
