Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Information Systems, IT, CS, BA, or related field.
• 5–10 years of business systems analysis or ERP coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and operational workflows.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, operations, finance, reporting, CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and working with tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and general systems skills.
• Willing to relocate to Oudtshoorn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into practical system solutions.
• Liaise with management, employees, IT teams, and external providers.
• Improve system usage, reporting, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
