Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Management Consultant focused on Business Process Improvement to join our Centurion-based consultancy. On-site delivery across diverse clients, you will analyze, redesign, and optimize operational processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma principles, develop KPIs, and train client teams to sustain improvements. A bachelor's degree and 5+ years in process analysis or operational consulting are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Demonstrated experience with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g., Visio, BPMN).
• Lean Six Sigma principles and certification (Green/Black Belt) desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence change at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Design and document optimized workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize lean and six sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and measure success.
• Provide training and support to client teams on new processes and best practices.
