Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Partner/Associate to drive the growth of a solution that connects businesses with talented young people, helping employers access, develop and create employment opportunities for emerging talent

CRITERIA FOR SUCCESSFUL CONSIDERATION

• Completed Degree in Marketing, HR, Commerce or a related field, post grad, highly preferred.

• Has 5--7+ years' experience in business development from a Corporate B2B perspective selling a solution NOT physical product

• Has experience dealing with corporate organisations and senior business leaders.

• Has the gravitas, confidence and executive presence to hold their own in a room with senior decision-makers
