Reverside is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support digital transformation and core banking initiatives within the retail banking environment.

The role focuses on gathering and translating complex business requirements into functional solutions, managing Agile backlogs and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Functional Business Analyst.
• At least 4 years’ experience within retail banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Advanced Business Analysis Diploma (FTI or equivalent) advantageous.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA or SAFe POPM certification advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business units, executives and technical stakeholders.
• Analyse and document end-to-end customer journeys, business requirements and operational dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features and detailed User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Manage and refine functional backlogs using Agile and Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and technical teams on APIs, system configurations and integration requirements.
• Advise Product Owners and business stakeholders on solution options, MVP scope, operational impacts and functional risks.
• Work with Quality Assurance teams to validate functional requirements and test coverage.
• Support implementation activities, deployment cycles, production rehearsals and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Ensure business solutions align with applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements.
