RPO Recruitment seeks a Senior Building Quantity Surveyor to join their Cape Town team. This role suits an experienced QS with strong commercial acumen and a track record in building projects from pre-contract through to final account.

You will manage project costs, contracts, and financial performance across multiple sites, delivering cost plans, tender documentation, and accurate valuations. A solid background in main contractor or construction environments and proficient use of Excel and QS

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8-12 years' experience in building construction.
• Strong experience on commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Responsabilités

• Manage project costs, contracts, and financial performance across multiple construction projects.
• Full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
• Preparation of bills of quantities and tender documentation.
