Job summary

Absa Group in South Africa seeks a Branch Manager (Channel Manager: Sales & Service) to provide strategic and operational leadership for a large branch or multiple service points. You will drive growth, ensure governance, manage cash, audits and compliance, and lead sales, service and digital adoption to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

You will develop future leaders, oversee DHA, MVNO functions, and expand market presence while sustaining risk controls and brand standards across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in banking or business discipline.
• Proven leadership of branch teams and P&L responsibility.
• Experience in financial services and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate regional and national strategy into branch execution.
• Drive growth, profitability and service excellence across multiple service points.
