Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Process Re-engineering Consultant to join our George-based team. You will lead BPR engagements, analyze current processes, and design future-state solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in process mapping tools, and proven ability to drive substantial operational change across client organizations. Travel to client sites in the George area is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations or related field is required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational consulting.
• Expertise in BPR methodologies, process mapping tools, and performance measurement.
• Ability to lead complex redesigns and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence across levels.
