Job summary

The Focus Group is looking for an experienced Senior BPM / Workflow Solutions Specialist based in Sandton, Gauteng. In this role, you will drive both strategic and tactical delivery across business process management initiatives, aiming to discover, validate, document, and optimize business processes through advanced technical solutions. You will be involved with workflow design, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD pipeline management, requiring a minimum of 5 years’ experience and strong skills in BPMN and DMN modelling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in BPM (Business Process Management).
• Strong experience in BPMN and DMN modelling.
• Proven ability to design and implement workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, design, and optimise business processes using BPM methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process models using BPMN and DMN standards.
• Design scalable workflow solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Model and deploy workflows using Camunda Modeler.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka/Confluent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business and technical requirements.
• Conduct functional and performance testing of workflow solutions.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
• Support data-driven decision automation and AI-enabled workflow optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflow solutions.
