Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in business process analysis and workflow automation.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8.
• 5+ years’ experience in Java (11+) and Spring Boot development.
• Strong experience in REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proven ability to model, deploy, and monitor workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy workflow solutions using IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda.
• Model and implement BPMN and DMN processes using Camunda Modeler or IBM tools.
• Build and integrate microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure reliable workflow execution through monitoring and optimization.
