Job summary

Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Process Engineer III (Senior) for a 12-month contract. The role requires a matriculation certificate and at least 5–7 years in process engineering, including 5+ years in a senior capacity. Responsibilities include scoping, modelling, workshops, and driving process automation and change.

The ideal candidate will have experience with BPMN/ECP, UML, SQL basics, and BI reporting, and will lead business process transformation efforts in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Process Engineering experience.
• At least 5 years as a Senior Process Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scoping, sizing, and planning of solution projects and dependencies.
• Define and tailor business/process analysis approach at project lifecycle level.
• Facilitate workshops with business users up to executive level to gather requirements and validate designs.
• Assess, map, and optimize business processes with at least 5 years of Senior Process Engineer experience.
• Deliver formal projects implementing business process change including process automation and document management technologies.
• Apply formal business process modelling or business analysis methodologies.
• Ensure end-to-end business process understanding and address performance issues.
