Job summary

The Business Process Manager will drive BPM excellence across the organisation by mapping, documenting and improving end-to-end processes. You will partner with business leaders to simplify ways of working, strengthen controls and ensure processes are scalable and governed.

Key focus areas include process governance, documentation, continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration, with a strong emphasis on achieving measurable outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Analysis, Information Systems or Operations Management.
• Minimum 7-10 years in BPM, process improvement, or transformation.
• Experience mapping and redesigning end-to-end processes across functions.
• Strong facilitation of cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, WMS or related systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and continuously improve the BPM framework and methodology.
• Define standards for process mapping, ownership and review.
• Lead end-to-end process mapping across functions and document current/ future state.
• Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead change adoption and governance for redesigned processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business to enable process-enabled system changes.
