Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end blockchain solutions, including private, public, and consortium blockchains.
• Lead the technical design and development of decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and development tools.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and mitigate security risks associated with blockchain implementations.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Conduct feasibility studies and proof-of-concept projects for new blockchain initiatives.
• Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, with at least 4 years dedicated to blockchain solution design and development.
• Extensive knowledge of various blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) and their underlying technologies.
• Proven experience designing and implementing smart contracts and dApps.
• Strong understanding of cryptography, distributed systems, and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain solutions.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence technical and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Experience with tokenomics design and implementation is a plus.
