Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years in software architecture and design, with at least 4 years in blockchain.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise blockchain solutions.
• Deep knowledge of DLTs, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Understanding of smart contract development and integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containers.
• Strong system integration, data modeling, and API design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to lead teams.
• Experience in Soweto, Gauteng or similar environments is a plus.
