About the Role

This role demands a deep understanding of various blockchain technologies, their applications, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end blockchain solutions for diverse business use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, protocols, and technologies based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive technical blueprints, including data models, network topology, and integration strategies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure alignment on architectural decisions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and challenges in blockchain implementations and propose mitigation strategies.
• Define standards and best practices for blockchain development and deployment within the organization.
• Conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilot projects to validate architectural approaches.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, distributed ledgers, and cryptography.
• Present architectural designs and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a significant portion dedicated to blockchain technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain architectures (e.g., public, private, consortium) and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with smart contract development languages (e.g., Solidity, Go, Rust) and frameworks.
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading technical teams and driving project execution.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the DLT space.
