Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent extensive industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and design, with a minimum of 6 years specifically focused on blockchain technology and distributed systems.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex blockchain networks (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Solana, Cosmos).
• Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies, cryptography, smart contract languages (Solidity, Rust, Go), and tokenomics.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with consensus algorithms, peer-to-peer networking, and database technologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions in a remote setting.
