Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end blockchain solutions tailored to specific business needs, considering scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms and technologies (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda) for different use cases.
• Develop technical roadmaps and strategy for blockchain initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and business analysts to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for blockchain solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct feasibility studies, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and technical assessments for new blockchain ventures.
• Stay informed about emerging blockchain technologies, industry trends, and regulatory landscapes.
• Present technical designs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in software architecture and design, with a significant focus (4+ years) on blockchain technology.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise‑grade blockchain solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with blockchain services.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, cryptography, and cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
