Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy core blockchain platform components and infrastructure.
• Design and implement solutions for scalability, performance optimization, and network resilience.
• Develop and maintain robust consensus mechanisms and network protocols.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the blockchain network through rigorous testing and implementation of security best practices.
• Collaborate with application developers to define APIs and integration strategies for the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the blockchain infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology, distributed systems, and cryptography.
• Contribute to technical strategy, roadmap planning, and architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8+ years) in software engineering, with a strong focus on distributed systems and blockchain platform development.
• Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms (e.g., PoS, PoW), cryptography, and networking.
• Proficiency in one or more low-level programming languages such as Go, Rust, or C++.
• Experience designing and implementing highly scalable, secure, and performant distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote team setting.
• Experience with smart contract development and audit principles is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
